I am Rr. Martiningsih, from East Java. In November 2017, I was elected to become the National Best Learning Ambassador. This time, a screening was held to choose the 2018 Learning House Ambassador.

The initial step of the 2018 Ambassador Home Learning selection is for teachers to register online through the page http://simpatik.belajar.kemdikbud.go.id which on that page has a guide for choosing the province. Each participant who has registered can study the existing module, and after the specified day, the participant takes the first level exam and will get a certificate that can be downloaded online on the pages of each participant in the first level Information and Communication Technology Based Learning.
All participants who qualify for the first level are entitled to take part in the second level of training through the website of simpatik.belajar.kemdikbud.go.id/pembatik and can learn through the modules provided and work on tasks to monitor the extent of the training participants' ability in understanding the training material. The second level module includes the Design of ICT-Based Learning, Utilization of Problem Bank Features, Utilization of Language and Literature Work Features, Utilization of Learning Resource Features, Vlogs of Home Learning and its Manuscripts.
The second level participants are guided to get information through telegram channels, here the participants of course learn to utilize smartphones more optimally. Participants can also communicate online with other participants and facilitators through the telegram group.
There are currently 10 telegram groups with members ranging from 300 to 350 participants who are willing to continue to the second level. Some participants who passed the first level did not continue to the second level for reasons of busyness or family problems.
I am an East Java Province facilitator in Class D. In the telegram group, some wanted to know why I could become the Best Learning House Ambassador. I answered, that I was like another teacher, while at home also doing tasks as housewives. If there is a competition that I believe I can, then I will take part in the competition. If it turns out I won, thank God, I was able to do the assignments. If I lose, thank God, that means I need to continue learning.
By participating in the competition, I actually understand the extent of our abilities, and we will learn a lot from other teachers. I am very aware that everyone is great. Everyone has greatness each. There are great singers (and that is not me), some are great singing holy verses of the Qur'an, and many other greats are not at all the same as everyone. Therefore, through a competition, we can improve our quality, by learning from other participants.
I often convey simple aphorisms or advice that builds the soul, citing the opinion of great motivators. Like, if we want to get better results, then we have to do more. If we do ordinary things, the results will also be mediocre.
At the end of the second level, it is determined who graduated and who did not graduate. Of course this creates a dilemma for those who do not pass.
Rest assured ... If Allah grants our wishes ... Verily Allah tests our gratitude ... If Allah postpones our wishes ... ... Allah really tests our patience ... If Allah does not grant our wishes ... Verily ... Allah will replace it with a better one.
Not graduating at level 2 not the end of everything ... the sun still shines illuminating a day full of meaning ... And God still bestows mercy on us for a brilliant success that must be beautiful in time. .
Hopefully any decision ... pass or not pass ... Received broadly.
